It has come to our notice that a purported “BREACH OF CONTRACT STORY” BETWEEN NAIJA NINJAS AND SEAN TIZZLE OF DIFFERENCE ENTERTAINMENT recently surfaced the internet. It was also rumoured that SOUND SULTAN is currently planning to pursue litigation over the aforesaid.


It is worthy of note to let you know that Ace Musician SOUND SULTAN (CEO NIAJA NINJAS), is someone we know personally and respect so much in the Nigerian music industry. Contrary to what unscrupulous rumour peddlers have been publicizing, we can categorically state that we have no issues whatsoever with SOUND SULTAN and NIAJA NINJAS as a company has no axe to grind with neither SEAN TIZZLE nor DIFFERENCE ENTERTAINMENT.

It is unarguable that SEAN TIZZLE was a member of NIAJA NINJAS but it’s ideal to let you know that his initial contract has been signed off to DIFFERENCE ENTERTAINMENT and matters concerning the song “SHO LEE” has been resolved amicably with everyone’s interest/stake well represented.
